We have worked with expert chefs and nutritionists to come up with a range of 28 nutritious, fat-burning, pre-prepared frozen meals that you can microwave in minutes. There are different portion sizes for ladies and men. Your daily nutrition will consist of six small meals per day, of which breakfast and dinner will be eaten at home. To speed up your metabolism you’d need to consume 4 small meals every 2 hours, to give you energy and also to assist in shrinking your gut. Meals at the office are consumed 10h00, 12h00, 14h00 & 16h00. Your weekly delivery will be coordinated with your training session for maximum convenience. .
